Challenge
Mundo Games, a platform focused on tournaments and experiences for gamers, needed to thoroughly understand its target audience to support strategic design and product decisions.
The main challenge was to develop a solid knowledge base without having its own users to interview, using and adapting existing research relevant to the local context (Chile).
